Transcript Requests
To request a Transcript please follow the below directions:
1. Please fill out the Transcript Request Form.
2. You may also come into the office to request a Transcripts. Please bring your photo ID with you. Office Hours are from 8:30am-4:00pm. Summer Hours May Vary.
3. *If you graduated before 2010 you will need to request your transcript directly through the SCUSD website: https://www.scusd.edu/form/transcript-request-form
Guidance & Counseling
At AAB Health Professions High School, students are paired with a counselor who will follow the student from admission through senior year. Our college counseling program includes milestones for each student that promote planning and preparation for college admissions.
