To request a Transcript please follow the below directions:

1. Please fill out the Transcript Request Form. 

2.  You may also come into the office to request a Transcripts.  Please bring your photo ID with you. Office Hours are from 8:30am-4:00pm. Summer Hours May Vary. 

3.  *If you graduated before 2010 you will need to request your transcript directly through the SCUSD website:  https://www.scusd.edu/form/transcript-request-form

**Starting July 1st, if you need transcripts before August 1st, 2024, please request your transcripts through the SCUSD website.
